Independent research under faculty supervisor; topic finalization aligned with current research gaps; comprehensive literature review using PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar

Research Proposal and Methodology—

Research proposal preparation: background, objectives, hypothesis, methodology, statistical plan; IRB/IAEC submission if applicable; institutional approval

Data Collection and Experimentation—

Experimental work or data collection as per protocol; adherence to GLP; laboratory notebook maintenance; primary data recording and management

Data Analysis and Interpretation—

Statistical analysis using appropriate software (SPSS, GraphPad Prism, R, Python); interpretation of results; comparison with published literature

Thesis Writing and Viva—

Thesis writing as per prescribed format; anti-plagiarism check (Turnitin); submission; final presentation and external viva examination; publication or conference presentation recommended
